Navigable Waters Fee Update
Changes have been made to Nevada Division of State Lands' (NDSL) navigable waters fee schedule. The changes affect NDSL’s application fees as well as annual use fees for piers, buoys, and structures occupying the bed of Lake Tahoe and the Colorado River.
Application fees will go into effect September 1, 2019, at which time applicants will be required to use NDSL’s revised application form.
Annual use fees for piers, buoys, and other structures will phase in over a three-year period. Year 1 fees take effect September 1, 2019, Year 2 fees will take effect on July 1, 2020, and Year 3 fees will take effect on July 1, 2021.
