Land Use Planner 2: This position coordinates and facilitates State-wide councils and boards such as the State Land Use Planning Advisory Council (SLUPAC), and the Nevada Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (NTRPA) . State Land Agents conduct a broad range of real estate transactions related to State lands. Transactions include the development and execution of authorizations to use State land. State Land Agents also acquire and dispose of land and land interests within statutory authority and in accordance with established real estate principles, practices and ethical standards.
