Laws Relating to Planning Publication
Since 1975, the State Land Use Planning Agency in cooperation with the Legislative Counsel Bureau has made available to the public the Laws Relating to Planning publication. The publication is intended to be a one-stop location for land use and planning laws in Nevada. It is published every two years following the legislative session to provide updates on land use and planning laws enacted by the Nevada Legislature.
The publication has been expanded to reflect relevant law changes from the 2021 Nevada Legislative Session. A special reduced cost of $20.00 per copy is now available including postage.
