Request for Proposals- Property Lease

The Nevada Division of State Lands is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders to lease state-owned property in Clark County, Nevada. The property is located at 1 Prison Road, Jean, Nevada 89019.  The State intends to provide an exclusive-use ground lease of the majority of the 94-acre property to the successful bidder.  Due to the property’s proximity to I-15 and the future Southern Nevada Supplemental Airport, the site has the potential to support the State’s economic development and workforce diversification goals, provide good paying and stable jobs for Nevadans, and offer complementary and synergistic uses to the future airport.  The State’s lease would include a potential maximum 99-year term.
