PUBLIC LEASE AUCTION

The Division of State Lands is soliciting proposals from eligible companies to lease state property at the Nevada State Railroad Museum – Boulder City, 601 Yucca Street, Boulder City, Nevada.   The lease will be to operate a Rail Bike Tour business at the Museum and use up to 128 acres of property, including the Right-of-Way extending east of Yucca Street to west of Railroad Pass at I-11.  The lease will be for a FIVE (5) year term, with an option to renew for TWO (2) additional FIVE (5) year terms.  The proposal deadline is January 6, 2023, JANUARY 10, 2023, at 5:00 pm.  Sealed bids will be opened at the Nevada State Railroad Museum Boulder City on January 12, 2023, at 1:00 pm.
