NEVADA DIVISION OF STATE LANDS – NEVADA ADMINSTRATIVE
CODE 321 AND 322 PER EXECUTIVE ORDER 2026-003
The Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Division of State
Lands is holding a public meeting to solicit comments to facilitate a comprehensive
review of regulations subject to Nevada Administrative Code 321 and 322 (State
Lands), per Executive Order 2026-003. The meeting has been set for 2:00 p.m. on
Monday, October 19, 2026. The public may attend this meeting in person at the
